We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, welcoming us with a wow-worthy welcome and showing great patience during our check-in. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, with a very comfortable bed and a warm atmosphere, even when it was -1 degrees outside. The hotel facilities were simple, yet sufficient for a one night stay. The location was convenient, particularly for those visiting Tyseley or taking a steam railtour. The staff went above and beyond, even de-icing our windscreen at 4:00am when we were leaving.

We liked this place, everything was good. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our double room. The restaurant here was outstanding, we both ordered fresh dishes. The service was INCREDIBLE too.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located for our planned activities. It was close to Tyseley, which was perfect for our steam railtour, and also Acocks Green where we found some great pubs and restaurants. The room we had was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us a slightly later check-out time. the hotel provided good value for the price we paid.
There was a minor issue with the floor in our room - it creaked a bit when we moved around.
